Wells Fargo, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Success Representative to join its team as a Partner Client Achievement Delegate in Purchaser Loaning Charge card. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business success.
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting client achievement and resolving complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other lines of communication. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
To ensure your success in this role, you will receive comprehensive classroom training, advanced on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo's banking products, procedures, and services. The training course begins on March 11, 2024, and will run for 7 weeks. You are expected to attend the full term of this paid training, which will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
As a Customer Success Representative, your normal work schedule will be based on business needs and will include working at least one weekend day and some evenings. You may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the specifics of the shift differential policy.
