The Web Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling, SEO-optimized content for a series of landing pages. You will research destinations, gather relevant information, and craft high-quality copy that aligns with brand guidelines. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the website’s user experience and supporting overall content marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized copy for landing pages (600–1500 words each).
- Conduct in-depth research on travel destinations, accessibility information, and user requirements.
- Ensure tone and style are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the content marketing or editorial team to align messaging and strategy.
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills with proven experience in web content creation.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into user-friendly copy.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content structure for the web.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience writing for industries such as tourism, travel, hospitality, or healthcare is an asset but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience preferred.
