We are looking for year-round Swim Coach/Teachers This is a great company, with a supportive and fun culture
The Instructor is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.
We offer:
- Year-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week (we want team players who are looking for longevity as we don't offer seasonal positions)
- Flexible scheduling that works around your school and/or extracurricular activities
- Competitive pay ($12-15), plus daily and weekly bonuses
- $500 bonus for every 500 regular hours worked, and $500 bonus for every 250 sub hours worked
- Pay raises at 60 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties
- Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes
- Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learning & swimming
- Smiling and having fun
- Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
- Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below)
The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, general teaching experience and the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training
