Your Responsibilities

As Senior Business Transformation Acceleration Lead (Remote) you will play a key role in ensuring we achieve our 2030 Leap Ambitions by partnering with product teams to accelerate our Solutions as a Service plans. This is a new role that will consolidate best practices in accelerating the development of SaaS products and services and provide strategic clarity and guidance in our transformation journey. In doing so this role will support the evolution of key parts of our business from an up-front, one-time purchase model to one in which cutting-edge technologies and services are sold with a recurring, renewable-license model. The SaaS model will help customers by lowering upfront costs, allowing them to pay for only what their operation needs, and ensuring our products continue to add value over time.
