We're now seeking a skilled Chat Support Representative to join our customer service team and support our continued growth.
About the Role
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be a vital member of our customer service team, providing top-notch support to our customers primarily through chat. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries, including product questions, shipping damage claims, order status updates, and more
- Providing excellent, knowledgeable customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Multitasking and managing multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Utilizing your creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to revenue growth
- Maintaining thoroughness and attention to detail in all interactions with customers

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Residency in Florida, Texas, or ability to relocate to one of these states
