post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a foreign degree.Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:1. Operations/DevOps
2. Create automated reports and health reports (i.e. how systems are working, user quantity).
3. Work with cross-functional teams
4. Problem and Incident ManagementNo Travel. Work from home (WFH) benefit available; must be within commuting distance of the project site. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.

- Drive project execution, translate customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for customers to connect with
- Take part in every type of product operations work, from strategy to product to process improvements.
- Conceptualize, launch, and iterate on chat for millions of users around the world.
- Work with development teams to understand incidents to uncover the root cause analysis and share further recommendations with other cross-functional teams.
- Enhance and modify new features that drive impactful solutions for customers to connect with clients through chat to meet their multifaceted needs.
- Design, develop, and modify software systems and applications using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Establish technical goals and plan strategic development initiatives to achieve those goals.
- Ensure team members on design and implementation.
