Responsibilities

- Coach and collaborate with peers to strengthen team effectiveness
- Gain valuable insights into McCain’s operations through plant/warehouse visits and cross-functional exposure
- Develop your leadership and technical expertise through structured training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected before the program start date in June 2026
- Strong analytical ability with experience working with complex data
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in fast-paced environments
- Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution design
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced Excel skills required
- Self-motivated, curious, and an independent thinker with a bias for action
- Able to synthesize multiple data points and make confident decisions
- Strong communicator who can explain complex insights and build relationships across teams
- Organized and adaptable, with excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus
