Job Description:
• Work within the Limble Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Asset Management software to ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
• Develop and maintain asset records, input maintenance schedules, and oversee work orders.
• Monitor and track work order progress across multiple branch locations.
• Analyze reports on equipment performance, maintenance trends, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with the management team, shop supervisors, and field personnel to ensure consistent maintenance standards across branches.
Requirements:
• Experience with Limble CMMS or similar computerized maintenance management software preferred.
• Strong data entry, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and locations.
• Experience in the construction, asphalt, or concrete paving industry a plus.
