Job Description:
• Support core financial planning processes
• Own ARR and SaaS metrics reporting
• Play an active role in M&A diligence and integration work
• Partner closely with senior leadership and PE sponsors to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed environments
• Strong SaaS fluency — deep understanding of ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, and related metrics
• Experience supporting or executing M&A processes (diligence, integration, or both)
• Exposure to PE-backed companies and familiarity with investor reporting requirements
• Advanced AI and Excel modeling skills; experience with Claude, Vena, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong communicator — able to distill complex analysis into clear, concise insights for exec and Board audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
