Laserfiche is a global leader in intelligent document management and business process automation, and they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bi-Lingual Spanish Sales Development Representative to join their growing SaaS sales team. In this role, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities, schedule meetings, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and leads generated through marketing campaigns and the company website. Conduct email outreach and calls to connect with potential clients
- Schedule and conduct calls to qualify leads and set up meetings with Direct and Channel sales teams
- Maintain a database of potential clients, track interactions, and ensure Salesforce hygiene and up-to-date records
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
- Regularly enhance sales techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness in generating and converting leads
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
- Required to be in the Long Beach office from Tuesday to Thursday in person
