Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs

- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Manage follow-ups, policy servicing, and renewals with professionalism and care
- Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and compliance standards
- Utilize CRM and digital tools to track activities and manage leads efficiently
Requirements:
- Active Insurance License (Life, Health, or both)
- 1+ year experience in insurance sales or customer advisory roles preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and video-based)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and virtual meeting tools
