They are seeking a temporary Data Entry Administrator to support the Global Trade Compliance team by accurately inputting import and export authorizations and managing data efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Input import and export authorizations in our Global Trade Management software system
- Complete records accurately and efficiently
- Check and verify records
- Enter data
- Run reports
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry into internal systems or tracking software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new software systems with guided instruction
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and a high degree of organizational accuracy
- Utilize effective time management skills to manage workloads and prioritize competing tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Possess effective written and oral communication skills for clear and professional interaction
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of individuals and work well as a collaborative team member
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal day-to-day guidance
- Must be open to challenges, new ideas, and organizational change
- Must be comfortable working with ambiguity and taking initiative to seek clarity when needed
- 1-2 years of experience performing high-volume, accurate data entry is highly desired
- Proven working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle
- Previous experience working directly within a Global Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain department is a significant plus
