Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a full-time, data-savvy Content Intelligence Specialist to help their client understand audience engagement and improve content strategies. The role involves researching audience behavior, providing insights for content planning, and collaborating with various teams to enhance B2B content for a global tech leader.
Responsibilities
- Research how IT and business decision makers search, talk, and engage across channels including search, social media, and online communities
- Identify emerging trends, keywords, and audience questions that could inform marketing content
- Turn data and trends into clear, practical recommendations for content planning and storytelling
- Support editorial and web teams with insights that inform blogs, landing pages, videos, and social content
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that highlight what's working and what's not
- Share data-supported insights with marketing, product, and campaign teams in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Explore new analytics, SEO, and social listening tools to improve how the client gathers and uses audience intelligence
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in content analytics, digital marketing, audience insights, or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience supporting content, editorial, SEO, or campaign teams with performance insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to partners
- Curious by nature and motivated to spot patterns others might miss
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, analytics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Social Media Management and Listening: Sprout Social, Khoros, Meltwater
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio
- SEO and Competitor Insights: Familiarity with SEMrush or similar tools
