Duties

- Utilize Sales tools to manage customer accounts effectively.
- Analyze client needs and recommend tailored insurance services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and execution of client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to support account management efforts.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have the resources needed for success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Experience with sales processes is a plus, as it helps in understanding client needs better.
