Requirements
Essential Skills
- Analytical Thinking: Capable of systematically investigating issues and identifying their underlying causes.
- Attention to Detail: Detect small discrepancies or errors that could impact user experience or campaign performance.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with web technologies, software testing methods, and relevant QA tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Cypress).
- Documentation: Skilled in creating clear and concise records and communicating findings to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively seek out errors, propose solutions, and verify corrections.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with IT, marketing, and creative departments.
Matching Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience with manual and/or automated software testing.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of marketing technologies (such as CRMs, automation platforms) is advantageous in marketing–IT hybrid organizations
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and creative team
- Fluent English written and spoken
