They are seeking a Project Assistant for their Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Housing Finance practice group who will provide timely, high-quality support by collaborating with various legal professionals within the practice group.
Responsibilities
- Assist with file management
- Assemble closing documentation
- Assist with post-closing loan deliveries
- Follow up for receipt of recorded loan documents
- Perform administrative functions such as expense reimbursement requests and entering attorney time
Skills
- 2-year college degree or relevant work experience as a legal administrative assistant or closing coordinator, preferably with a title company, mortgage company, law firm or other firm providing services to borrowers, lenders, or mortgage companies
- Intermediate level with Microsoft Office, document management, and time keeping systems
