They are seeking a Bilingual Business Operations Service Center Representative who will assist consumers with health coverage enrollment and enhance their technical skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Directly assisting consumers with enrollment into health coverage
- Gaining experience working with various information systems
- Improving upon existing Microsoft Office skills
Skills
- Must be fluent in the following language to be appointed to this position - Spanish

- Possession of minimum qualifications will be verified prior to an interview and/or appointment
- The position(s) require(s) fluency in the Spanish language. If the State of California does not have a current record documenting your fluency in this language, you will be required to successfully pass an approved language fluency test prior to being hired

- Experience with reviewing, processing and handling the inputting of data into systems or forms
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines
- Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience interpreting; laws, regulations, policy and procedures preferably in public health and health care industry services or programs
- Demonstrated ability to maintain organization of work
- Moderate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
