Key Responsibilities
- Working within a development team following Agile practices.
- Direct interaction with business, stakeholders and development team, managing adequate communication with each area.
- Evaluating requirements and how they provide value to the core business.
- Properly prioritize backlog items.
- Review Test Cases for User Stories and perform Acceptance Testing.
- Perform Demos of product to stakeholders.
- Document features and applications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong English communication abilities, oral and written. Role requires communication with native speakers, ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Formal knowledge of Agile Methodology.
- Technical skills.
- Salesforce experience/knowledge.
Nice to Have
- Formal QA knowledge, different types of testing and how to perform them or developer experience.
- Marketing notions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical university.
- Flexibility to occasionally meet client on PST hours.
