About the Role
We're seeking experienced social media sales professionals to join our team as remote chat sales representatives. As a Chat Assassin, you'll work with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start new conversations with potential clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Follow up with existing leads and close sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage and respond to active leads, closing sales and meeting performance targets.
- Participate in daily communication tasks and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English: You'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Stable income in $USD: As a remote chat sales representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a stable income in $USD, allowing you to provide for your family and achieve your financial goals.
- Full-time availability: You'll need to be available to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 hours of work on weekends.
- Location: You must be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil to be eligible for this role.
- Proven sales experience: You'll need to have at least 4 months of experience in sales or customer service roles to be considered for this position.
- High-speed internet connection: You'll need a stable and fast internet connection to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
- Smartphone and laptop/desktop: You'll need a reliable smartphone and laptop/desktop to access our systems and communicate with clients and colleagues.

While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial for success in this role:
- Experience working from home: If you have experience working from home, you'll be well-suited to this role and can leverage your existing skills and experience.
- Leadership skills: If you have experience leading teams or mentoring others, you'll be able to take on leadership roles within our organization and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
- Problem-solving skills: As a remote chat sales representative, you'll need to be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Communication skills: You'll need to be an effective communicator, able to articulate your ideas and persuade clients to purchase our coaching programs.
