Job Description:
TechSupport Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Entry Level Helpdesk Agent to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service
