• *Role Responsibilities**
• Develop and enhance AI-powered interview tools and automation systems
• Build frontend interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Design and maintain backend services for scheduling, transcription, and automation workflows
• Integrate AI/ML technologies (e.g., GPT-based systems) for interview feedback and quality improvements
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists on end-to-end product delivery
• Improve interview transcription systems and AI quality-checking tools
• Support autonomous scheduling and candidate-driven workflows
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack to ensure system reliability
• *Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong years of software engineering experience with languages such as Java, C++, or C#
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
