- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams, ensuring prompt attention and resolution
- Submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, following established procedures and guidelines
- Build, manage, and report on in-house maintenance labor, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- Assist with the onboarding of accounting systems, utilizing knowledge of business financials and accounting principles
- Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using VoIP technology to communicate with guests and vendors
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with a deep understanding of their features and functionality
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools, with the ability to leverage them for comprehensive guest messaging
- Availability to work Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11pm CST, with potential opportunities for part-time overnight shifts
- Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
