Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, and driving process improvements through data analysis. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of third-party data centers (3PDC)
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations
- Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Drive process improvement through data analysis, forecasting, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to drive growth
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and engineers
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL
- Excellent analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles
- Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
- Strong technical expertise, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
