Job Overview

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement full-cycle analysis trials, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business and product leaders. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize quantitative analysis and data presentation to uncover patterns and understand what drives our business
- Build full-cycle analysis trials, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools
- Mentor junior experts on advanced techniques and address challenges
- Generate recommendations and use statistical procedures and hypothesis testing to validate findings
- Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics, customer behaviors, and long-term trends
- Identify and quantify levers to help move key metrics and make recommendations
- Work backward from understanding and measuring problems to ideating solutions
- Report against our objectives by identifying key metrics and building executive-facing dashboards to track progress
- Collaborate with engineering to implement, report, validate, and monitor our logging
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related role
- Experience working with pipeline optimization, customer segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, and more
- Proficiency in SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
- Expertise in at least one analysis and visualization tool (e.g., Chartio, Looker, Tableau)
- The ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way
Preferred Qualifications
