Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers affected by hurricanes and provide empathetic support
- Accurately address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
- Document call outcomes in our company systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Attend a paid 1–2 day virtual training session before activation, where you will learn about our systems, processes, and expectations
- Remain on standby for rapid deployment during hurricane season, being available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Must reside in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, or Texas
- Fluent in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
- Excellent typing, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing schedules
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with minimal distractions
Technical Requirements
To ensure seamless connectivity and performance, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Desktop or laptop (no Chromebooks or tablets)
- Windows 10 or higher (64-bit only)
- 8GB RAM minimum
