Job Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing all calls in a timely and efficient manner to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
- Identifying callers' needs and providing personalized solutions to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
- Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date product and service information, as well as resolving technical issues and addressing various client requests
- Accurately processing online reservations and documenting call information according to standard operating procedures
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services to stay ahead of the curve and provide exceptional customer support
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed, while maintaining Quality Assurance Standards and adhering to ongoing training for all client programs and accounts
- Cross-training and multitasking in multiple programs to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize productivity
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our team
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
- At least one year of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Working knowledge of computer software and navigation skills, including typing and managing multiple programs, platforms, and systems
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, with the ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information
- Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
- Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and standards

Hours Preferred
We are seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Weekdays: 4pm-10pm
- Weekends: 7am-10pm (with a minimum of 4 hours required on Sundays)
