Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one online tutoring sessions to students preparing for the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE)
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans that cater to each student's learning style, strengths, and weaknesses
- Utilize our purpose-built Live Learning Platform to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
- Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience
- Set your own schedule and choose from a variety of tutoring formats, including 1-on-1 online tutoring, small group classes, large live classes, and instant tutoring
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Subject-matter expertise in NBDHE: You must have a deep understanding of the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE) and be able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and feedback.
- Personalized lesson planning: You must be able to develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to each student's unique needs and learning style.
- Strong technical skills: You must be proficient in using our Live Learning Platform and other digital tools to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Dental hygiene experience: You have experience working in the dental hygiene field or have a strong background in dental hygiene education.
- Teaching or tutoring experience: You have experience teaching or tutoring students in a similar subject area.
