Job Overview

- Utilize multiple applications and a dual monitor setup to assist customers with services, including durable medical equipment and home healthcare services
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide timely solutions
- Adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures, including HIPAA/PHI regulations, to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and compliance
- Meet performance targets, such as Average Handling Time (AHT), quality, attendance, and adherence, to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
- 1 year of experience working in healthcare with medical terminology, demonstrating a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and principles
- Proficiency in navigating dual monitors and multiple applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Typing speed of 30 WPM, with the ability to perform data entry while actively listening to customers
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to learn new software applications
- Competence in tasks such as clicking, troubleshooting, opening a browser, bookmarking sites, and navigating with back/forward buttons
- A passing score on the SHL Customer Service Phone Simulation Assessment is required
