About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team as a Test Development Engineer. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure web and cloud applications that meet the needs of our users. Job Summary
As a Test Development Engineer, you'll be working closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and secure web and cloud applications using a range of programming languages, including Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain high-quality test scripts and automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of our applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software development, deployment, and testing.
- Work with our security team to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities in our applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge bases to ensure that our applications are well-documented and easily maintainable.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, testing, or a related field.
- Experience with Python programming language and development frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based development platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with web development frameworks, such as Django or Flask.
- Experience with cloud-based testing and deployment tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
- Experience with security testing and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based security principles and best practices.
