As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries.

* Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accurate and confidential records.

**Working Conditions**
This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods, and operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM.
