Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Co-op to join our Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) team as an EHS Sustainability Co-op. This is a fantastic opportunity for students pursuing a degree in a relevant field to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the company's ambitious goal of making Collins Aerospace the safest, healthiest aerospace company with the smallest environmental footprint on the planet. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Central EH&S team with tracking implementation of EH&S initiatives and projects across the organization
- Assist the Central EH&S team with tracking and validating completion of Sustainability Best Management Practices
- Data entry and validation in EH&S reporting system as required
- Assist in investigating the feasibility of renewable energy opportunities in Collins operations
- Assist the Central EH&S team in monitoring of corrective actions related to EH&S compliance and audits

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline (such as environmental science, sustainability, health and safety, or a related field)
- U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an EH&S role or a related field
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices
- Familiarity with EH&S reporting systems and data analysis tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $37,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Collins Aerospace offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
