About the Role: Netflix Remote Data Entry Jobs (Live Chat, Day Shift)
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to work remotely with our APAC team. This newly created role is based in our Philippines office and will collaborate closely with our Finance and Payroll Team.

- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple live chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with Netflix services and products, providing informed support to customers.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple live chat interactions simultaneously.
