Job Summary
careerzynith is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals for our Data Entry Jobs. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be an integral part of our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
