Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain customer-driven dashboards to track key performance metrics and support product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, product management, and business leadership, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques to identify opportunities and challenges
- Define and evaluate key performance metrics for new product launches and initiatives
- Develop data visualizations to monitor and evaluate the impact of product initiatives and business challenges
- Identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and customer experiences
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The following qualifications and skills are required:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Strong experience with languages used to manipulate and analyze large datasets, such as SQL, Python, and Presto
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong understanding of data quality tools and concepts, such as Google DataPlex, Collibra, or SAS Data Management
- Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca
- Experience building multi-step ETL jobs and working with workflow scheduling systems
- Experience processing complex data on cloud platforms, such as Google BigQuery or Hive
- Basic understanding of statistical and machine learning models
- Prior experience in the retail or financial services industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
