About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our active process servers. As a Partner Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our process servers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, managing work distribution, and addressing performance concerns. This full-time position requires weekend shifts and is located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues from process servers in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service
- Utilize our in-house application, Skye, to manage orders, track progress, and ensure seamless fulfillment
- Monitor process server status to ensure they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work, maintaining high standards of performance
- Obtain status updates on orders via phone calls, fax, or court docket, and follow up with process servers as needed
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks, driving continuous improvement
- Resolve issues on the task board in Skye, ensuring prompt attention to process server concerns and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong customer service or IT experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with legal process, although not essential, is a definite plus, and a willingness to learn and adapt to our unique business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with the ability to quickly learn our in-house application, Skye
