About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to drive the adoption and expansion of blithequark's solutions with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer engagement, adoption, and expansion of blithequark's solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is essential for success in this role
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or Business Development, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth
- Experience in Marketing, CDP/Tag Management/MarTech, or a similar SaaS environment is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
- Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
