We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Trainee. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least one year of customer service experience in a business environment that requires the use of a computer program to assist customers. Preferably, this experience will be in a call center or dental-related field. You will also need to complete a customer service simulation test with a minimum score of 62 out of 100, unless you have previously passed the test or held a similar position at blithequark.
