Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be local to the Dallas/Richardson, TX area, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- A minimum high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundational level of education and commitment to your personal and professional development.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail), showcasing your ability to be empathetic, compassionate, and customer-focused.
- A strong attendance record, with a commitment to meeting objectives and achieving results.
- The ability to clear a criminal background check and drug screen, ensuring that you're eligible to work with our clients and their customers.
