We offer an attractive hybrid work solution that combines the benefits of working from home with the advantages of office collaboration. Our schedule includes:
- Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
- Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your typical day will involve:
- Processing Product Complaints: Handling product complaints through queues and other communication channels in a timely and courteous manner.
- Managing Customer Experience: Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints, ensuring that customer interactions are professional and empathetic.
- Updating Databases: Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information to ensure that customer records are up-to-date.
- Escalating Issues: Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed, ensuring that complex problems are addressed efficiently.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.
Essential Qualifications
