This role not only oversees the Teaching and Learning Office but also sits on the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) Leadership Team, collaborating closely with the Deputy CAO and Executive Directors of Special Education, Early Learning, and Secondary Success & Innovation. As an executive-level leader and thought partner, the Executive Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing all academic initiatives across the district. The Executive Director will oversee multiple departments, including Early Learning, Literacy, Math, Science, Social Studies, Instructional Technology, Specialized Learning, and Differentiated Learning, ensuring alignment with the Board of Commissioner priorities, the district's Portrait of a Graduate, and Goals for effective teaching and learning in all classrooms.Essential FunctionsRigorous Teaching & Learning Collaboration with District Offices Responsiveness to Schools Operations Responsibilities Supervision Responsibilities ACCOUNTABILITIES Maximum Salary 255878.00Minimum Salary 158577.00Desired Qualifications
