The Creative Production Innovation Management team is a group of program managers within the broader Product Discovery & Promoting enterprise (previously Creative Production) driving complex projects across Netflix and PDP groups. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program manager with a background in handling complex cross-functional programs for technology platforms. The program manager will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation programs that introduce new stories to our members around the globe.
You are a seasoned program manager with advanced understanding in the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that meet the innovation needs of a technology platform. You can break down complex requirements into achievable programs, interface with multiple cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions in a successful and timely manner. Stakeholders seek you out to give shape to early business opportunities because they know you can translate them into programs that drive tangible value and force execution.
