We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Web Content Specialist to join our team at [Company Name], a leading retail gutter supply house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adding new parts, part numbers, and relevant content to our website. This position requires a strong understanding of data entry, content management, and a basic knowledge of IT systems. Proficiency in Photoshop is essential, and experience with Sage software (MAS) and BigCommerce is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately input and update new parts, part numbers, and other related product information into the website’s database.
• Content Management: Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications, are up-to-date and properly formatted on the website.
• Photoshop Editing: Use Photoshop to create or edit product images for the website, ensuring high-quality visuals and consistency with branding guidelines.
• Website Maintenance: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure that content is optimized for web performance and user experience.
• Sage Software (MAS): Work with Sage software to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure the integration of product data into the website.
• BigCommerce Management: Upload and manage products and product information on BigCommerce, ensuring a smooth and consistent online shopping experience.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure accurate and effective online content.
• IT Support: Provide basic IT support for troubleshooting website or content-related issues.

Expected salary: $42000 - 55000 per year
