As we continue to grow and innovate in the mobile gaming user acquisition market, we are seeking a Creative Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping data-driven creative strategies that significantly impact user acquisition and engagement. You will collaborate closely with our User Acquisition team, leveraging insights from performance metrics and competitive analysis to guide the creation of innovative and highly effective ad creatives.
What You’ll DoDevelop and execute creative strategies that enhance user acquisition efficiency by producing market-leading video ads and other content that outperform competitors in engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze UA campaign performance across channels like Facebook and Google, using data to drive creative decisions and optimize ad performance.
Introduce and implement processes to systematically review and optimize top-performing creative content, streamlining creative production workflows.
Collaborate with the UA team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and performance metrics, facilitating seamless cross-department communication and collaboration.
Establish a system for monitoring industry trends and competitor strategies, ensuring our creatives stay ahead of the curve and maximize performance.
Strong strategic mindset with extensive experience in using data and performance metrics to inform and drive creative decisions.
Proven track record in creating high-performing video ads and other creative formats for user acquisition channels, particularly Facebook and Google.
Ability to optimize and streamline creative processes, improving team efficiency and turnaround times for new concepts.
Leadership experience in managing creative teams, including hiring, mentoring, and fostering cross-department collaboration.
A passion for staying on top of market trends and competition to continually refine and enhance creative strategies.
