Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, enhancing data-driven decision making
- Execute data cleaning, organization, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness for reliable insights
- Develop and sustain interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel, facilitating real-time performance tracking
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and data support to various teams, enabling informed strategic decisions
- Document analytical findings and communicate key insights effectively to stakeholders, fostering transparency and understanding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and enhance service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for increased usage and improved client satisfaction
- Present actionable, data-driven recommendations clearly and persuasively, influencing key stakeholder decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in client experience by leveraging feedback and creating strategic reporting frameworks
Skills
- 1-2+ years experience within Data Analytics, ideally focusing in client success
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships at once, and a proactive, client-first mindset with a passion for enabling success
- Experience utilizing Salesforce
