We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This role requires practical communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
