Your Job
As Adtech Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, and other technology partners. You will play a crucial role in Sparteo's growth by optimizing our partnerships and ensuring successful collaborations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify and secure partnerships with key players in the advertising ecosystem (DSP, SSP, International Sales house)
- Build and nurture relationships with strategic stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and identify new partnership opportunities
Operations Management
- Collaborate with technical teams on implementation and optimization
- Ensure smooth communication between partners and internal teams
- Drive performance improvement initiatives
Contract Management
- Oversee partnership agreements and negotiations
- Handle partner relations and resolve any issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements

Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of AdTech ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, programmatic)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Understanding of advertising technologies

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in AdTech or similar field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Fluency in English and French
